Swim Programs

Junior Olympic Sized Pool (82 Feet) is heated to 85 degrees year-round. This is the perfect place to lounge around the pool, enjoy the scenery and sun. You can also experience our 2 lap lanes, large Jacuzzi or enjoy our swimming lessons, classes and water aerobics.

Due to COVID-19, we are continually updating our safety procedures in how we can best support in providing our offerings. 

Class Sizes:
We will temporarily not be providing group lessons of 3 or more students. We look forward to being able to provide them again, once it's safe to do so. 

Please Bring:

For your safety, temporarily the club is requesting you to bring your own:

  • towel(s)
  • sunscreen
  • goggles
  • toys for the pool


Swim Lessons

must be submitted prior 24 hours prior to swim lesson. Without notification, cancellations will result in a charge of a full regular lesson charge. Also, there are no make-ups for canceled classes.

Group Lessons: The Price is the same for ALL kids in a GROUP Lesson No Matter how many kids are in the class.

"Mommy & Me" or "Daddy & Me" Classes

Starts April 1st, 2021
Ages 3 Months to 3 Years Old - Parent MUST be in Pool with Student

Please Note:
If student can not listen to parent, you may be asked to leave class for safety reasons. SWIMMING CAN BE LIFE THREATENING IF EVERYONE IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION. Parent in pool with child must be comfortable in the pool.

No Additional People will be allowed in pool area.

Needed for Class:
Please bring your own towels, sunscreen, water, floating toy and goggles.

Kickboards are optional. NO Water Wings are Allowed. If child will not get in pool without flotation device, you can bring a Coast Guard Approved Life Jacket.

Beginner Class is for first timers that are new to the class or students who are afraid of the water. *Only 1 parent per student (4-6 Students Maximum per Class)

Thursdays: 11am to 11:25am 

Advanced Class is for students who are comfortable in the water, enjoy going under water and can jump safely from the side of the pool to the parent on their own. *Must have 2 Parents per Student in pool. This class really works on enforced pool rules, safety and body control. This prepares students for next level (Beginner 1). *Please bring own Sinking Toy for Pool. (3-6 Students Maximum per Class). 

Thursdays: 11:30am to 11:55am


Adult Water Aerobics

Starts March 31st, 2021

*Must be comfortable in water. Should know how to swim. Should be comfortable in all depths of pool. *Can NOT bring babies or toddlers into class. Only student is allowed in the pool area.

*If student has pre-existing injuries or conditions that limit the mobility of student PLEASE Email Tiffanie and explain to her what your conditions are and what you can do. Put Water Aerobics in the title for emails.

DO NOT enter a class without talking and confirming with Instructor first.

Please Note: This is a strength training class that is allowed to be customized to EACH individual. It will not help to perform exercises that your body may need to build up to first before just jumping right in. Please talk to instructor BEFORE class to prevent possible injury or over exhaustion of muscles. This is an exercise class for you NOT the person next to you. *It’s ok to be tired and sore from the day before that means you’re working hard! It’s not ok to over do it and be hurt. This class is supposed to be fun while getting fit. We can do it!

One - 45 Minute Class per Week (4 Students Minimum and 8 Students Maximum per Class until Furhter Notice. *Spots will fill up fast!*


Tiffanie Wright Randall, Swim Instructor 

Tiffanie Wright

Tiffanie has been working at the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club for over 7 years and has over 20 years of experience in the field .She treasures her relationship with the families and friends she has made while teaching here.

Prior to her work at our Club, she was the Assistant Coach for Men’s and Women’s Springboard and Platform Diving at UCSB, Head Women’s and Men’s Diving Coach at Dos Pueblos High School, taught swimming for all ages at the Montecito YMCA and at the Ventura YMCA. She was also awarded the YMCA Alpha Program award in 2012 for teaching above and beyond with the Mentally Challenged.

Tiffanie has been a competitive diver since she was 6 years old. Her mother was her coach and mentor her entire diving career. They traveled all over the USA for competitions and training. Her diving teaching career began at the young age of 11!

In high school, she was awarded 4 consecutive years for the NATIONAL ALL AMERICAN Diving ranking throughout the country. In 2006 her family and she traveled out to southern California to embrace her years of hard work and training. She became a National Champion in Springboard and Platform Diving held in Mission Viejo, CA. She continued to compete diving for many years after that until she decided to teach her own team. Throughout all her years of competing, she was also working at local pools teaching swimming, survival skills and lifeguarding.
