Level
: This class is an intermediate to advanced full body activation.
Class Offering: Starting with a dynamic warm up, followed by circuit training for abs/core, balance, upper body, legs, and cardio. Each class is designed as a full body activation to start your day but not leave you exhausted. Intensity level is tailored to each individual, utilizing exercises that activate muscle groups, combined with careful attention to proper form and posture.
