Check-In and Billing are Completed at the Tennis Clubhouse Front Desk Prior to Each Class. Please note: Credit Card Payment Only - Cash or Check is Not Accepted.

Non-Members (Guests) Must register and complete a Liability Waiver and Credit Card

Saturday Group Classes at 9:30am - 1 Hour

Practicing yoga with a group gives us a chance to build camaraderie and develop healthy habits with friends, family and teammates. Our 60 minutes sessions are held outdoors and are open to everyone. Members Only - Please contact Megan at (630) 809-8580 to reserve a spot. 


Wednesday Group Class at 6:00pm- 1 Hour
 

 

Private Classes - 1 Hour

Tailor fit to your specific needs, these 60-minute private sessions are custom and allow us to meet you where you are. Perhaps you have an injury and want to continue your yoga practice safely. Or maybe you want to work on deepening your breath and increasing your stamina. Please contact Megan for more information or to book your private class.

MEGAN LLAMBIAS


 

Megan Llambias is a certified yoga instructor and the founder of Yoga Apres Polo.

For over 15 years, Megan has shared the practice of yoga and has gained trust within the global community of Polo players looking to increase flexibility, enhance stability and deepen their breathing for optimal performance both on and off the field. Having studied exclusively with senior teachers and mentor Laura Jane Mellencamp Murphy in North America and Gabrilla Binello in Argentina.

After a severe injury suggested a surgical operation, Megan instead turned to yoga for healing and has since rooted her life and instruction in the physical and psychological wisdom of yoga - centering the principles of movement and mental clarity while providing tools to navigate life as it flows. In each class and with each student, Megan focuses on strength and mobility while purposefully connecting her students to a community of yogi athletes.
